Exchange and Repair Policy:

Our goal is for our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you feel the need to return your items purchased on our website, within one week of receiving your shipment please contact us and we will gladly offer an exchange. If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the store directly and we will work with them to exchange your items. 
 

We are happy to repair any items damaged in the normal course of wear within 1 year of purchase. Please be advised there is a $20 fee plus shipping for repairs, and is subject to change depending upon any missing beads.  Simply contact us and we will make arrangements to receive your items.
